Michael Neitzel, Administrator

Michael Neitzel has been in health care administration since 1999. Before becoming the administrator for Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates in 2001, he managed a multispecialty group in Idaho. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as well as the WAMGMA and is a board member of the Tri-Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Lynda, Dr. Fischer's Office Supervisor

Lynda has worked for Dr. Fischer since 1987 and joined BFOA in August 2004 when Dr. Fischer became a member. She was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and is married with two children, anxiously awaiting grandchildren. She enjoys watching all sports - football, hockey and tennis especially. She has enjoyed coming to work every day for over 27 years, helping patients receive excellent medical care, and looks forward to many years to come.

Connie, Medical Records Supervisor

Connie began working for Dr. Burgdorff in 1988. Previous to that, she worked for Blue Cross of Idaho for seven years. She enjoys working with the medical records department, coordinating surgery schedules and helping patients. Through the years, Connie has developed the utmost respect and admiration for the physicians at BFOA and appreciates the care and compassion they give their patients.

MaryAnn, Billing Supervisor

MaryAnn joined BFOA in 2007 as a front office receptionist. She now enjoys the challenges and rewards of supervising claims and collections in the billing department. She considers working at BFOA like being with family. MaryAnn previously worked for a federal credit union and the school district system. She is married to her high-school sweetheart and has three children.

Abby started with Benton Franklin Orthopedics in 2007 as a front office receptionist. She has slowly worked herself into her current position as the nursing department Supervisor. Over the past 14 years she has gained tremendous respect for all the providers. Their common goal is providing the best care to our patient's. Outside of work her time is devoted to her husband of 11 years and her two children. Together they love basketball, football, soccer and of course summer!

Kaaren has been working in healthcare for over 20 years. She enjoys making sure patients get the care they deserve and need which is what she loves most about working at Benton Franklin Orthopedics. She has 4 children and a big blended family of 8 kids in total. Her family enjoy spending their free time going to the children's sports games.
